Anonymous report confirms climate and weather manipulation experiments conducted by the US and its allies over the past decades Julian Rose
Much suspicion has been aroused by unusual cloud formations and abnormal jet trails in the upper atmosphere over the past decade. I have personally witnessed hundreds of days of ‘engineered’' jet trails and clouds, both in the UK and in Poland. However, it has proved extremely difficult to obtain any information about the phenomenon from official sources. When challenged, the normal answer is “nothing unusual is happening.”
This turns out to be very far from the truth. While I concentrate most of this article on just one recent example of professional research on the topic, there have been hundreds of both official and unofficial documents exploring and exposing the military and civil aviation antics responsible for spraying layer upon layer of toxic aerosol “chemtrails” in the sky above our heads on an almost daily basis for the past ten years.
These events go unreported by the mainstream media and governments remain silent. This collusion, whether intentional or otherwise, keeps us in the dark with regard to a grand geo-engineering experiment that has the effect of hobbling our health and severely disrupting the natural environment. And we would have been lost but for the internet.
The Belgium based Belfort Group has brought together more than seven years of research and fact finding on the activities that have become largely known as “Chemtrails”. At an international symposium at Delft University of Technology in Ghent, 29 May 2010, the Belfort Group enlisted Dr Coen Vermeeren, a senior aeronautics engineer, to address the issue. Vermeeren based his presentation on a 300 page scientific report entitled [1] “Case Orange: Contrail Science, Its Impact on Climate and Weather Manipulation Programs Conducted by the United States and Its Allies.” According to Vermeeren, the authors of the report are “a group of scientists/inside who have chosen to remain anonymous.”
In his talk, Dr Vemeeren frankly admits to the existence of “persistent contrails”; he said:
“We also know that chemtrails do exist because we do the spraying; for crops, for example, and we know that they have been spraying for military purposes. So chemtrails is not new. We know about it.”
The Case Orange report reveals the existence of publicly available material indicating that various forms of geoengineering have been going on for “at least 60 years.” Early examples include the 'cloud seeding' UK war operations in Germany during World War Two and the US attempts to dislodge the North Vietnamese during the Vietnam War. However, these pale into insignificance compared with the extensive nature of current activities.
Controversy over the potentially detrimental effects of such activities on both the environment and human health led to 'Environmental Modification' (En Mod) weaponry being banned under the auspices of “The UN Convention on the Prohibition of Military or Any Other Hostile Use of Environmental Modification Techniques” in 1987. It is not clear whether this ban was ever fully enforced. However, interest in En Mod soon gained prominence when global warming warnings and accompanying environmental stress issues attracted global scientific interest [2].
The Case Orange report cites a number of US patents for the invention of a “Specific contrail generation apparatus for producing a powder contrail having maximum radiation scattering ability for a given weight of material. The seeding material consists of 85 percent metallic particles and 15 percent colloidal silica and silica gel in order to produce a stable contrail that has a residence period of up to 1 to 2 weeks.”
Then in 2009, the publication of a report entitled “Modification of cirrus clouds to reduce global warming” put the case for further geo-engineering strategies [3]. These all had the stated intent of creating a layer of reflective cloud capable of bouncing back the sun's rays to prevent unwanted terrestrial climate heating. The report states that the findings of The Intergovernmental Panel on Climate Change supports the proposition outlined in the Hughes Aircraft Patent 1991 on stratospheric seeding for reduction of global warming. Hughes was later bought by Raytheon, The US government's private defence contractor. This is the same company that acquired the contract to build HAARP (The High Frequency Active Auroral Research Program) in Gakona, Alaska.
HAARP is a large 180 antennae grid that projects powerful electromagnetic pulses to heat a specific point in the earth's ionosphere. This has the effect of creating electromagnetic frequencies that can be bounced back to earth at desired locations, causing major disruption to weather and geophysical elements, even deep underground [4, 5]. Up to 3.6 billion watts can be generated by HAARP, heating the ionosphere to over 50 000 degrees and “lifting a 30 square kilometre area of the ionosphere, thereby changing localised pressure systems or even altering the route of jet streams.”
The Case Orange report cites evidence that Raytheon could develop the capacity to “exercise a form of complete “weather control”, a situation bearing a marked similarity to the Monsanto corporation's stated ambition “to control the food chain.” It is noteworthy that there are currently more than 500 ‘climate ready’ genetically modified plant gene patents awaiting licensing approvals in Washington and Brussels. ‘Climate Ready’ GM seeds and plants are promised by their creators to be capable of producing a crop under both flood and drought conditions.
The human rights and environmental watchdog 'ETC Group' describes the atmospheric geoengineering developments as follows: “The roll-out of 'Plan B' (a reference to the use of geoengineering if other efforts to curtail emissions should be deemed ineffective) is being skilfully executed: Prominent high level panels sponsored by prestige groups, a spate of peer-reviewed articles in science journals and a line up of panicked politicians in northern countries, nodding nervously in agreement as scientists testify about the “need to research Plan B.”
Rady Ananda states at the end of his paper [6]: “Case Orange ties-in a 1996 report by top military personnel in the US entitled “Weather as a Force Multiplier: Owning the Weather in 2025” [7] with details such as government spraying schedules, chemical orders, correct nomenclature used in airline operation manuals and calls for geoengineering by economists, to support its notion of “heavy involvement of governments at top level in climate control projects.” Ananda continues [6]: “Owning the Weather in 2025 provides a specific time line for the use of En Mod technologies in cooperation with the Weather Modification Association, a business-government group promoting the 'beneficial' (my emphasis) uses of environmental modification [8]:
2000-2025 Use chemicals for atmospheric seeding by civilian (as well as military) aviation
2004 Create smart clouds through nanotechnology, with exponential increase from 2010
2005 Introduce carbon black dust.”
In 2007, The World Meteorological Organisation (of the United Nations) published a statement that included “Guidelines for Planning of Weather Modification Activities.” This document clearly implicates the UN in plans to conduct aerosol spraying activities on a wide scale.
In a section of the Case Orange report dealing with 'the bare necessities of geoengineering through cloud generation for the survival of the planet' the authors state: “Our investigation team comes to the conclusion that climate control programs, controlled by the military but approved by governments, are silently implemented in order to avoid the worst case scenario they obviously do not want. The two basic instruments are temperature control through the generation of artificial clouds and manipulation of the ionosphere through ionosphere heaters.
“Both remain basically military combat systems with the option to go into the offensive if deemed necessary. However, since several ionospheric heaters are installed at various places around the globe, one can assume that there is wide cooperation between governments in order to reach climate targets by 2025: controlling the weather and the planet.” (my emphasis).
The spraying schemes seem to be organised in a logical pattern so that the whole of Europe is covered in a 3 day period. Coloured maps of Europe indicate when each regime is to take place.
In the report's section entitled “Recommendations”, the authors state: “Persistent chemtrails have a devastating impact on eco-systems on this planet and to quality of life in general.” The authors call for the full disclosure of the current En Mod activities to the public, as well as for all civil aviation laws to be abided by.
One encouraging piece of information is that, in response to policy interest in geoengineering as a means to control climate, the sub-committee of the United Nations Convention of Biodiversity proposed, in May 2010, a moratorium on geoengineering activities [9]. This proposal will be heard at the Tenth Conference of Parties to the UN Convention of Biodiversity in Nagoya, Japan in October this year (2010).
The Case Orange report further states that the US permits open air testing of chemical and biological weapons, which overrides the civil law mentioned earlier in this article. The authors paraphrase the permissive law thus: “The Secretary of Defense may conduct tests and experiments involving the use of chemical and biological agents on civilian populations.” It seems that ‘national security’ concerns can be used by the President to overrule environmental and public health considerations. Is the same true in Europe?
I have provided a basic outline of the main evidence arising from the Case Orange report. It makes an important contribution to opening up otherwise secretive agendas that have no place in any self-declared democracy. Other significant reports include an important paper by Dr Ilya Perlingieri, entitled “The Consequences of Toxic Metals and Chemical Aerosols on Human Health” [10]. She states: “Over the past decade, independent testing of Chemtrails around the country have shown a dangerous, extremely poisonous brew that includes: barium, nano-aluminium coated fibreglass (known as CHAFF), radioactive thorium, cadmium, chromium, nickel, dessicated blood, mould spores, yellow fungal mycotoxins, ethylene dibromide and polymer fibres. Barium can be compared to the toxicity of arsenic [11] and is known to adversely affect the heart. Aluminium has a history of damaging brain function.” I need hardly add that ethylene dibromide is a highly toxic agricultural pesticide.
Now that we are party to this information we must to act on it. It is vital that we support the moratorium taking place in Japan this October. Do write to your MPs and tell them that these global activities are not the stuff of 'conspiracy theories'; and that they are taking place without public consultation and without any attempt to warn of their likely repercussions.

I too have written my MP about this matter, in fact I wrote to every single MP in Canada, as well as the PM -- and I'm still waiting for answers! I asked what was in the chemtrails, who was behind it, what airport they worked out of, where did the budget come from to support it, did they personally support the spraying of their own citizens, etc. I also attached photos, but I was ignored by every single member of Parliament. When my local MP got tired of getting photos every day, along with questions of 'what is this?', I finally got a response -- I was told that what I was photographing were emissions from a plane! I followed that up with the same set of questions I had given him the first time around, with another copy to the PM, but was subsequently ignored. Being awake doesn't help if no one is listening to us. The only recourse is the courts.

Wow. I don't even know where to begin with all of this, and I certainly don't have time for it, but I feel compelled to help.
I'm going to sidestep all of this chemtrail nonsense. The claims are baseless. That's why you're getting no response from your elected officials. It's not a conspiracy.
Let's start with Dylan.
The ozone layer that protects us from high-energy UV radiation is in the stratosphere, not the ionosphere. The ionosphere catches most of the radiation with higher energies than UV, like X-rays and gamma rays. It is impossible for HAARP to have an effect on the ozone hole.
Not to mention, the kinds of radiation that are caught at those upper levels HAVE NOTHING WHATSOEVER TO DO WITH GLOBAL WARMING. Infrared radiation is what heats the Earth's surface, and by emitting infrared radiation, the surface cools. The problem with greenhouse gases is that they plug a hole known as the "atmospheric window" through which a lot of that infrared escapes back into space, thus keeping our planet warmer, on average.
I think the other thing I'd like to address is the bacteria in the clouds. This is actually pretty fascinating. See, there's lots and lots of things we don't understand about nature. That's why we still have to do science. We used to think that only aerosols were involved in cloud formation; recent discoveries have shown that there's a type of bacteria that can actually create and modify clouds as part of its life cycle. It should now be covered in any graduate-level cloud physics course. It's one of the many wonderful mysteries of nature, not the design of a nefarious conspiracy.

I was interested by the comment you received from your MP. I have received an almost identical answer from mine (Henley constituency) and have now sent on this article for his reappraisal of the situation.
If this gets stone-walled or there is no answer, it will lead one to surmise that there are peers who will not entertain allowing such information to be officialy passed on to UK citizens.

Before we get into that though, I would like to address your flimsy criticism of my comment that disrupting the ionosphere would not have an effect on global warming. The HAARP array and others like it around the globe are known as Ionospheric HEATERS. They HEAT the ionosphere, not with IR radiation but high frequency Radio Waves, yes heat effects are NOT limited to IR.
These waves are bounced back onto the surface of the Earth in addition to creating a lense in the ionosphere allowing Solar radiation to be concentrated leading to climate disruption.
As I understand it, the Ozone layer in the Stratosphere is beneath the Ionosphere, i.e. the HAARP beam has to slice through it to reach it`s target. So what on what basis can you say that HAARP can not effect the Ozone layer? Armpit deodorants are much more likely eh?
The Ionosphere is intimately involved with lightning, yes, lightning, that phenomena associated with weather.
We might be forgiven for our ignorance when we read through the mainstream media that China openly admitted to manipulating the weather in advance of the Olympics with Silver Iodide particles or that for Paul Mccartney`s concert in St Petersburg, three jets sprayed the clouds with dry ice. Oh no! All we are seeing when we look up at the sky is some aerial noughts and crosses game on a global scale! Dunderheads!
Perhaps if you REALLY took time to research this topic, you would reach a different conclusion.

In terms of the realities of Chemtrails in the US, they have been observed and well-documented for more than 12 years. There are numerous reputable researchers (Clifford Carnicom, Dr. Gwen Scott, Rosalind Peterson, and Dr. R. Michael Castle) who have published on the web, after repeated contacts to local, state, and Federal officials received no response. Many people have sent samples for lab testing, because the government refuses to acknowledge what they are doing to us. There is a long and sordid history of using unsuspecting US citizens for illegal experiments throughout the twentieth century and this continues to date.
Most of corporate-controlled media, including weather reports, are complicit in not reporting what actually happens daily over our heads. [This is also true of the extent of harm that continues daily over the past five-and-a-half months, since the horrific oil rig explosion in the Gulf of Mexico. Most US citizens are poorly informed, because they cannot get accurate or reliable news from mainstream sources.] Tragically, in the US, there is a news blackout about Chemtrails and what is really happening catastrophically in the Gulf of Mexico.
There are also numerous reports about the cause of Morgellons Syndrome (an extremely painful and new illness) that links it directly with the nano-fiber-coated aluminum found in Chemtrails and human bodies. There are also many other illnesses that have links to the highly toxic ingredients found in Chemtrails.
I would refer anyone who is seriously interested in investigating this further to check reputable websites, such as: www.carnicom.com; www.carnicominstitute.org; www.newyorkskywatch.com; www.californiaskywatch.com; and www.globalresearch.ca [an award-winning international website located in Canada. On their home page there is a link, on the left, for “Environment” articles, and several well-documented new ones on Chemtrails have been posted since this past June]. The US Air Force is on record saying they want "to own the weather" by 2025.
I would also highly recommend the research of internationally acclaimed scientist, Dr. Rosalie Bertell. Both her books are essential reading: “No Immediate Danger” (1989) and “Planet Earth: The Latest Weapon of War. A Critical Study into the Military and the Environment.” (2000; a new edition is in the works now).
These experiments on millions of uninformed citizens (now around the world in NATO countries) are against our federal and international laws. Yet they continue to cause grave harm to all of us. Geo-engineering, the deliberate manipulation of our global weather for this past decade, is the reason we have dramatic climate change. There has been neither public oversight or discussion, nor any real knowledge of the short and long-term planetary consequences of tempering with our weather.

Since Jan. 1995, after much investigation, one Clifford Carnicom produced a DVD documentary entitled 'Aerosol Crimes (A.K.A. Chemtrails), in which he revealed that this spraying had already been going on for a number of years. One radio announcer who figures in the documentary, said that people from 56 countries across the globe had reported to him that they had been witnessing evidence of chemtrails in their skies. A point of interest made was that no sooner had he put up the evidence on his website than frequent visits from the Pentagon to his website were occurring. Website: www.carnicom.com

Lt.Col., U.S. Army, Thomas Bearden (retired) has written extensively about weather modification. The book Fer De Lance is a powerful read.
In this book Bearden goes over all known forms of weather modification and then delves into HAARP-like technology. Aerosolized spraying is definitely a multi-pronged attack, it is NOT for a single purpose. However, in my view, the most important reason for the spraying campaigns is to weaken human immune systems globally in anticipation of directed energy attacks. These attacks will be disguised in the form of major unexplained outbreaks of already known diseases like; cancer, aids, ebola, pneumonia, malaria, etc. Energy weapons have an ultimate ability to induce disease right inside a human body without ever injecting a needle. And if the immune system is weakened enough already from barium & aluminum ingestion, guess what.

I have seen many unofficial reports, over several years, of particulate matter being spread from the air. Dismissing these at first as “conspiracy stories”, I now have more convincing information. This can be seen in some videos on You tube. I recommend particularly: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=PtlOXhSnNw8&feature=player_embedded. This reports dangerously high concentrations of Strontium, Barium and particularly Aluminium found in the course of professional analyses of rain water, and especially snow, in California. E.g., where 50ug Al/l is the limit allowed for drinking water, some rain samples contained over 1,000ug/l, and snow 16,000ug/l. The video refers to a recent patent (April 1990, 07/513145) taken out by Hughes Aircraft Co. for the use of a polymer fibre to retard the deposition of particulates used for climate control.
On further searching I found the report of House of Commons Science and Technology Committee on the Regulation of Geoengineering HC 221 in which, while many options are discussed, no kind of experimentation is proposed, and certainly none is admitted to be ongoing. I noted particularly “the requirement to disclose results of geoengineering research should be unqualified”.
My questions to you are:
1. Are you aware that this type of experiment is going on in the US?
2. Is anything like this currently contemplated, or even being carried out, in the UK?
His answer: "I have had previous letters with similar claims. My information is that they are baseless" speaks volumes... He did not even pass my letter to the minister!

Have you ever considered that the whole global warming versus skeptics debate is ultimately a staged event to distract from a very real agenda?

Do you not find it strange that from 1975 the correlation between solar activity and Global Temperature ceases without precedence in existing records?
Then it is even stranger that in 1977 there was an international convention banning "military or other hostile use of environmental modification techniques having widespread, long-lasting or severe effects."
Think about it - HAARP distorts the ionosphere (remember the hole in the Ozone story?), the ionosphere protects us from solar radiation, more solar radiation enters the atmosphere - selective global warming.
Chemtrails forming clouds produce the opposite effect, cooling the air underneath them (and drawing moisture from surrounding areas).
This in tandem, grants the power to control the weather.
And then you have weather derivatives, insurance against random acts of Mother Earth? or rigged bets siphoning off scads of money, profiting from tears (remember the credit default swap scam in the housing collapse?)
What about commodities and the food supply? Crop failures, flooding, droughts - all the horsemen are abroad!
GMO foods DESIGNED TO FAIL.
Agribusinesses buying up land on the cheap from distressed farmers?
Unprecedented weather events in North Korea, Cuba, Afghanistan, Iraq, Haiti, Iceland and Pakistan, all rogue states.
What on Earth are blood cells and fungal spores doing in these clouds? What about the nanobacteria (potentially playing a role in cloud formation) found above India? Combine these with the toxic metals and you have a lethal cocktail hammering the zeta potential and delivering highly infectious agents to those exposed to it - All of us!
Impaired immune systems are big business too, just ask the Pharmaceutical gangsters!

So we have a couple of strong theories here.
The first is simple weather modification for the purposes of military domination. The second is that humans around the world are being sprayed in order to eventually kill them.
While there is little question that overpopulation is killing the planet, I have a problem with the contheory that supposes that chemical spraying is designed to eradicate humans en masse.
No one has adequately addressed the problem of 'targeting', ie., in regard to individuals who should NOT be sprayed/killed. How do the bad guys prevent the pilots, the families of the pilots and ground crews, the loved ones of those who would destroy us from succumbing themselves?
Is there a special vaccine that these thousands of individuals are given? Or are they just lied to about the purpose of such a wide-ranging and complex project, that all of this is simply for the purposes of 'national security'.
I suggest that while we do have a world populace that is easily duped with a bit of subterfuge, there are still very smart people out there who, if they truly thought that a seriously nefarious plan like human eradication through aerial spraying was being perpetrated, would stand up to this threat by becoming whistleblowers. WHERE are these whistleblowers?
That said, I have no problem with the concept of weather modification by the mil/industrial sectors, and though I do not like the potential for screwing up the planet by this sort of meddling, there is also the potential that good science could save lives in this manner, by preventing deadly storms or droughts, etc..

being an eyewitness to this phenomena and seeing the results spread all over the pavement in my locality can we not do something about it rather than debate as greenpeace suggested i do when approached about this subject

I can’t believe there are still some ppl that are defending the government and saying that there is no such thing and that what everyone is seeing are simply water vapor. That would be a totally plausible explanation if there wasn’t already leaked gov documents outlining how and why they are spraying chemtrails over the air (this does a pretty good job of explaining it.) It’s called the HAARP project, and is built on the concepts of radio frequency radiation that Tesla was getting into before he died/was killed. Apparently, what the planes are releasing are barium salts, which (with the help of microwave energy) can manipulate anything from the weather to varying life forms in the environment. This is also most likely the reason why certain species of birds and fish have been dying recently. If you see planes making a criss cross pattern or contrails that linger for half a day or so when in relatively dry environments, you’re most likely witnessing chemtrails being dispersed. I live in Tempe, AZ, where it’s extremely dry year around, and just last week there were two unmarked commercial airliners that were flying in a grid–type pattern. I took a few photos and submitted them to a conspiracy theory site (they’re at www.anxiety.org if you want to see them).

Question how can there be a ozone layer left when you go out into the sun and end up with third degree burns to the skin radiation from the suns rays are far more dangerous today then they were 20 years ago so perhaps the creation of false clouds is a way of protecting humans from exposure of high levels of radiation at certain times of the day.
If the suns rays are normal then I'm a dam hybrid alien, who gets burned by the suns rays.

At the very least,we are being kept docile & brain numbed with the use of metals in these artificial clouds.Flouride & aluminum are horrible toxins to us.
Tip#1 Read the warning on your toothpaste tube.
Truth Flouride is a cummulative poison no matter how small the dose it adds up little by little.
Truth Aluminum is more toxic to humans than lead.
With arsenic being just above it.
So why are lead shotgun pellets a no no, yet we still ingest & absorb aluminum in all manner of products from cookware,food & water to hygene & cosmetic product?
I believe it is to controll us,the masses at the cost of our health & well being. Truly outrageous this behavior must be culled from society.

Many people are freaked out by chem trails. A good friend frets about it everyday. However, I remain unsure and am beginning my study on the subject. With regard to this report or any report, the only way I can assess the veracity is to review the citations. I won't even bother trying to assess the veracity of opinion pieces. So in this regard, I thank the author compiling these references.
Let's start with citation number 3 (Mitchell DL and Finnegan W. Modification of cirrus clouds to reduce global warming” Environmental Research Letters 2009, 4, 30 October 2009, http://iopscience.iop.org/1748-9326/4/4/045102), since the first citation is a video and does not present data that is easily verifiable, and 2 is just a news article that discusses proposed measures for climate engineering.
The author states:
"Then in 2009, the publication of a report entitled “Modification of cirrus clouds to reduce global warming” put the case for further geo-engineering strategies [3]. These all had the stated intent of creating a layer of reflective cloud capable of bouncing back the sun's rays to prevent unwanted terrestrial climate heating. The report states that the findings of The Intergovernmental Panel on Climate Change supports the proposition outlined in the Hughes Aircraft Patent 1991 on stratospheric seeding for reduction of global warming."
The thing is, when I downloaded and reviewed the paper by Mitchell and Finnegan there is zero occurrence of the words "Intergovernmental Panel on Climate Change" or "Hughes Aircraft Patent" anywhere in this paper. You won't even find the word "patent". While the paper does indeed discuss the issue of climate modification as a way to control climate change, the paper presents only experimental data and does not disclose or imply that such efforts are actually happening.

There is NO WAY geoengineering can save the planet... it is what is exacerbating its destruction. Global warming/Climate changing activities are the leading cause of climate change and global warming... NOT the only cause, but the leading cause... even NASA admitted that 45% or more of global warming is caused by aerosols and not CO2... they also admit that jet cirrus causes global warming but you're called a damn fool for talking about chemtrails! What a world.
